The Charleston Natural Hair Expo celebrates those who embrace the various textures of their hair. The event features educational workshop, blogger panel discussions, fun events for kids and a social mixer designed to empower its guests in all areas of their lives. Vendor Package

Includes 1 table & 2 chairs for expo, skirting, sign and trash can. (10a.m.-5.p.m.) & 2 wristbands for entry to expo. Additional expo & All White Brunch tix can be purchased separately.

Extra Tables, Electricity and wifi can be purchased for an additional cost. Please note on vendor application.

Booth Space $350- $550
Vendors will receive one 6 ft. rectangle table & two chairs, skirting, sign & trash can.

  • 1-10×10 booth in line with vendors $350
  • 1-10×10 booth on end of aisle, booths near the entrance/exit or stage $550. Noted by color difference on our layout.

Early Bird/Repeat Vendor Rate
Early bird and Repeat vendors will receive $100 off total booth purchase if paid in full and secured by December 1, 2017.

Presenter time slots

$500- includes a 30 min. time slot. This time can be used to showcase your business, do hair demonstrations, or talk about your products. (Gold – Platinum sponsorship packages have complimentary presenter time.)

  T-shirt Sponsor $250 – Include your logo on the back of the official Charleston Natural Hair Expo Tshirt.

Screen Projector Advertisement $150- Have your visual logo, promotional video or marketing materials played throughout the expo on one of 4 projector screens 10am-5pm. Material must be provided 14 days in advance to ensure they properly work. Visual material only, no audio.
