CNHE COVID-19 FAQs
Q. With the uncertainty of Covid-19, will the expo still take place or be postponed?
- A. After reviewing current policies and guidelines for gathering in public places, speaking with our venue and surveying our sponsors and vendors, we have decided that the 2020 CNHE will not take place this June 27, 2020. We will instead have the expo on June 26, 2021 when things are hopefully more certain and everyone is more comfortable attending.
Q. I know that all tickets are non-refundable. Does this mean I will receive nothing for the ticket(s) I purchased for the 2020 CNHE?
- A. While our policy for years has been a no-refund policy, we understand that Covid-19 is something that has never happened before and was totally unexpected. With this in mind, we have moved all ticket purchases, booth selections and monies spent on the expo to the 2021 show. We will not be receiving any refunds from our venue so this is why we are simply moving everything over to the new date. You will be receiving new tickets for the 2021 show via email.
Q. How will I get my new tickets, do I need to contact anyone?
- A. With Gift up, gift cards in the amount of your ticket purchases have already been issued the email address on file with your Eventbrite order. These gift cards will hold the same value as your tickets and can be used at the 2021 expo. There is no need to contact us in regards to new tickets.
Q. Am I able to purchase tickets for the 2021 Expo now, or will I need to wait?
- A. Tickets for the 2021 expo can be purchased on our site and Eventbrite.
Q. Can I purchase a booth for the 2021 expo?
- A. Booth’s that were sold for the 2020 show have been moved to the 2021 show. Any booth’s that are still available will be found on our site.
